Prices Tinyhouseportugal 2024
The prices of our units, gipsy caravans and tiny houses depend on size, model, equipment, materials etc. of the project.
All projects built in our workshop are made to measure and customised to the client’s specifications.
In order to give you an idea of possible pricing, a few examples below:
The small units with metal chassis/ 5.40m (not moveable) start at +- 6,500€+IVA.
The gipsy caravans (kit) start at +- 7,200€.
The (mobile) equiped tiny houses range between 34,500€ (IVA & trailer included) and 39,500€ (IVA & trailer included).
Transport and delivery within mainland Portugal by our transport service is at 1.15€ /km + tolls.
A full quote is made after a visit of the client (by apointment) at our workshop in the industrial zone in Cortes, Lote 1 3330-133 Alvares.
Whenever possible, we will have one or more of our tiny houses on display só that you can see the way they are built, the materials we use etc. We can then discuss your requirements and wishes regarding your project.
Please note: While the lead time for tiny houses is about eight weeks, we have currently a waiting list of 3 months for the units and 6 months for tiny houses.

Gipsy Tiny House (no trailer)
